The Calibration Block (N88-FBH) is equipped with 4 Flat Bottom Holes of various nominal depths, namely 2.5mm, 5mm, 7.5mm, and 10mm (0.100”, 0.200”, 0.300”, & 0.400”).

Used for measurement of the sensitivity and/or resolution of normal beam transducers. In accordance with ASTM E127. Most common parameters shown below. Specials available upon request: Flat-bottom hole diameter: Normally 1/64" to 8/64". Other sizes available upon request. Metal Travel Distance: Most commonly 0.0625" to 6.000".
