Jun 8, 2022 · We’re starting to see more customers receive the Wi-Fi Hub 2 router and can confirm that it is indeed more or less identical (physically) to the previous model, except for the phone port. The new kit is based off the Sagemcom F@st 5464 and, as above, appears to have similar specs to the original model. Sadly, no Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax).

Apr 30, 2024 · Sagemcom Fast 5464 wifi began not allowing connecting to smartphone. I tried resetting router which solved issue for short time but after further problems and resets the router is not connecting to fibre Service at all.

Nov 11, 2023 · I have had my new fibre line installed and received with that my new router. The WiFi optimisation settings look to be enabled on the new router as it reset my initial changes overnight and has put me on more congested channels. Are you able to switch this setting off for me on this new router?
