Jan 30, 2010 · I like the FTM-350 cause of it's APRS and that is the main reason I want to buy it. Yaesu has a good line of options which are either fully intergrated into the original device so that no extra cable are lying around or they are with the body unit and not around the remote head.

May 22, 2010 · It seems that the main advantages of the Yaesu FTM-350R are the large, easy to read screen, newer technology, AM audio reception and 1/8" stero jack (to potentially replace my car radio and iPod integration), and an integrated GPS receiver to reduce wire clutter.
