Jul 9, 2022 · I'd like to see a compact portable radio with auto tune on all bands.....Would be great to see a radio of that caliber.....and with SDR built in it.....Lets go Yaesu.....back to the drawing board.....and where is the Replacement of the famous FT-736R and in a DC model at that too ?

Ham petition to have a 220 radio thats not ALINCO!
May 22, 2006 · I have a Kenwood Model TH-F6A that I bought just for use on 220-ham band. I never use it because there is no 220 repeaters close enough to hit. I will be selling all my 220 equipment, including my YAESU FT-736R and placing all my bets with the new D-STAR radios. I currently have 3 D-STAR radios, and there are 3 linked repeaters going up near by.
