It is a fully- / semi-automatic assault rifle equipped with a fixed picture-in-picture 3D ACOG scope. Unlike other assault rifles, FN FAL ACOG applies Rifle type of ballitic damage, hence has different effectiveness against ZEDs, especially being more effective against Fleshpounds.

The FN FAL ACOG is a returning weapon in Killing Floor 2. In the first game it was a Commando weapon, but it is now considered a Sharpshooter weapon with a cross-perk option for Commandos. It was added to the game as part of the Monster Masquerade update.

Feb 15, 2009 · Basically, DSA has changed the design of their ACOG mount to fit a wider variety of ACOG's. Some people claim their DSA ACOG mount works great, but they seem to be the ones with the old style mount that is no longer available.

Nov 19, 2020 · The optic's not as light as the ACOG, but neither is the FAL so it matches. I like the variable zoom, and mine's got a bipod on it so it works out. Both options work on a custom 17.3" and my own 21" DSA.

Jul 19, 2022 · ACOGs generally sit high and are just right for an AR. FALs are set up for a nice iron sight picture with your head down on the stock. One reason that they feel so right to many people. An ACOG in a mount that will fit a picatinny rail on a FAL will set really high over bore.

The FNFAL ACOG is a high-power assault rifle. It has high damage, good ammunition capacity, and a reasonable rate of fire. It ties with the SCARMK17 in terms of power-per-shot, but has a slightly higher rate of fire and weighs one block more. Place your shots carefully; use short bursts to conserve valuable ammo.
