Sep 12, 2022 · If you look at a geographical map of China, and one of Othard, the One River is located in Othard where the Yangtze would be in China. The Burn, though an artifical "desert," is within Othard where the Gobi Desert is in our Asian continent.

We actually see Valnain in a cutscene and they just reused the assets from Rabanastre, which is Dalmasca's capital, not "Dalmasca".
