Apr 7, 2023 · The first of these was the Exuma 52 SARAH, which I built in Fort Pierce, Florida, in 1984, for the Polvere family. From the hundreds of plans I have sold for big cruising boats, dozens have been built, varying in length from 21-feet to 75-feet.

Sarah is an exceptional vessel. She was built for exploring the Keys, Gulf, and Caribbean, and was the first ever Exuma 52! Commissioned by Danger Charters, Danger’s Prize is spacious, swift, smooth and seamlessly sails in our shallow waters. Danger’s Pearl is a mini tall ship with romantic-red sails.

Sarah is 52-6" on deck and has a 13 beam, yet only draws 2-9" of water, making her exceptionally shoal draft for such a big vessel. Shes rigged as a schooner because on a vessel this size, this rig is low cost and easily handled by a small crew compared to a more modern marconi rig.

Jul 30, 2014 · The first two cold-molded boats I designed and built were the prototypes for the Exuma 52 (SARAH—1984), and the Exuma 44 (TERESA—1985). SARAH was completed by her owner, who had my boatbuilding partner Bill Smith fabricate unusually strong stainless steel stanchions (through-bolted to both deck and bulwark) with wire-rope lifelines.

Exuma Yacht for Sale is a 52 superyacht built by Viking in 2015. Currently she is located in Niceville and awaiting her new owners.
