Mar 7, 2020 · It got me wondering. Are there external 12 V triggers - 1/8" jack - to activate more than two devices? When i search for these I see some pretty weird configurations but nothing seems to have more than two outputs. I imagined something like one 12V trigger input from my AVR into the external trigger to multiple external devices.

Jan 27, 2011 · AC out of receiver, triggering the belkin to send trigger signal to amp. In turn, when I power off the receiver, it stops the signal to the belkin, which then triggers the amp to power down. But before that happens, the receiver shuts off and I get a little thump.

VSX-01 has orangish lettering on the front panel, 1018 is white Number 1 and 2 are pluses in my book, while I prefer the white lighting on the 1018. The 12V triggers would be to trigger external amps if you have (or will have) them.

In such a system, one sets the mains to "large" and then sends the full range left and right stereo to an external stereo crossover which splits the signal into left and right mains and left and right sub.

I would like to bypass the Denon internal DACs for the 2 front channels with an external 2 channel DAC, but still use the Denon amplifiers to drive my front speakers. Is this possible, and if so, how would I do it? My external DAC has an optical SPDIF input and RCA jack outputs. Thanks for the help.

Aug 15, 2017 · Adding an external amp would allow up to a full 7.2.4. The 4300 also has two 12v triggers, the 3300 only has one. The 4300 has a second HDMI monitor out for the main zone, and the flip down front plate which gives the receiver a cleaner look, and the phono input as you already mentioned.
