Each race has its own faction and quartermaster where you can purchase their mounts. To gain reputation with a faction, you can complete quests for that race and turn in runecloth to the quartermasters located in their cities.

Before you can buy one, you’ll have to reach revered status with the appropriate faction (Stormwind, Ironforge, Gnomeregan, The Exodar, or Darnassus).
