Sep 5, 2018 · The IRS does not recognize that as a separate entity. Your income and expenses are reported on your schedule C of the form 1040. Since for tax purposes you are an individual the exempt codes do not apply. It says so right in box 4. Then it says exempt payee code (if any). Since there is not any exempt code you leave it blank.
