May 22, 2002 · The only difference performance wise is the Evo 6 rev cut limit was increased from 7,500rpm to 7,600rpm. The TME dropped the max torque down by 250rpm but even then the max figures still remain the same as the Evo 5. I can't really say whether the suspension is a vast improvement over the 5 as I haven't driven one.

Oct 25, 2020 · I decided to refresh my Evo 5 first it was a full clean and re-spray underneath. As everyone knows how a hard job it is but defiantly worth it. I decided to change all the bushes to genuine group N but when I put it on the ramp I noticed she was looking a little scabby underneath so the story begins lol.

Apr 12, 2004 · As for Evo 5 GSR/RS/MR - to the best of my knowledge they never did an MR in the 5. The GSR has all the "comfort" stuff - central locking, air con, electric windows, electric mirrors, AYC etc. The RS was basically produced for conversion into a rally car, hence it arrived with no electric goodies, no AYC, crap interior and steel wheels!!

Dec 27, 2002 · There is no such thing as a LHD Evo 5 GSR or Evo 6 GSR. Evo 5 exist in LHD in RS and with a A/C electric window add on from Ralliart Italy, Evo 6s come in RS, RS2 or TME spec.
