To get to the Ocean of Tears from Butcherblock Mountains, see Translocator Fithop on Northern pier west side of zone. She is located at /waypoint 1,353, 3,256. The zone got released on 2007-05-16 with the The Buried Sea expansion.

Ocean of Tears - Classic Leveling Guide. Low Level Goblin Isle: (10 - 17) This island is packed with low level Goblins that cast a bunch of really annoying spells and run when they get low on health. Also has a named on it, Oracle of K'Arnon (level 40) who drops Robe of the Oracle.

Boats frequently travel between the Butcherblock Mountains and Freeport, taking travellers of all types over the ocean. There are two distinct routes, and each boat only stops at one dock in Ocean of Tears before finishing its journey.

From Butcherblock Mountains (dock in the northwest, northern pier) through The Ocean of Tears (stops at "Sister Island" in the northeast) to East Freeport (dock in the northeast). The ship (The Seaking) travels west through the northern part of The Ocean of Tears.
