I'm in the UK, and curiously the future prescribing of Evamist/Lenzetto is being looked at due to the dosage delivery being much lower that initially thought and subsequent questions about this products effectiveness. Each spray has been found to be about the equivalent of half of a 0.25 mg estradiol patch, so that's very low!

Jun 6, 2020 · Let me just start there. So I just want to give feed back on evamist. Well evamist/lenzetto and others. Its absolutely fine with lenzetto and there are other products still to tamper and try, such as divigel and patches, perhaps creams. Now, Lenzetto is a weak product. Its good but very mild. youll need at least 3 pumps a day.

May 13, 2021 · Evamist helped me rebalance especially at night time so I would confidentally go to be bed knowing I would be fine in this respect. Gave me confidence and trust in my body! And my feet/hands felt less cold at bedtime, too.

Dec 2, 2014 · Re: Evamist vs Oral Estrogen It can take some time to adjust to any change in ert. However; from what I have read on these forums, many women in surgical menopause find that the evamist does not deliver enough estrogen to keep their symptoms at bay.
