Brochures, posters, stationery (including business cards and letterhead) and other publications must use the official School of Medicine logo. Branding standards and logos may be obtained from the University of Maryland Office of Communications and Public Affairs.

Aug 6, 2024 · The University of Maryland logo, like most of the institutions of higher learning listed in the system, uses the colors of the state flag: gold, black, white, and red. UMD has had several major rebrands in its history.

The University of Maryland Extension logo consists of a typography treatment. There are no symbols, seals, icons, or graphics included.
