Esholt Priory was a Cistercian priory in West Yorkshire, England which was sold after the Dissolution of the Monasteries, and the present Grade II* listed Esholt Hall now stands on the site of the priory.

The small Cistercian nunnery of St. Mary and St. Leonard at Esholt, in the parish of Guiseley, is said to have been founded at the latter part of the reign of Henry II or the beginning of that of Richard I by Geoffrey Haget or Simon Ward.

Built on the site of Esholt Priory by Sir Walter Calverley, the hall and estate were bought by Robert Stansfield in 1755, his family remained there until it was sold to Bradford Council in 1904. The last male heir was Major General William Crompton Stansfield, who died in 1880, aged 52.

On the former site of the Syningthwiate Priory the current house was built by Sir Walter Calverley in 1706 with conservatory, a terrace and wider landscape.The house is now used as a Conference and Staff Learning Centre for Yorkshire Water.
