As I understand it, your supplier is EON, but if there is an issue that you don't feel that they are dealing with properly, then you can ask MSE to get involved.

Nov 21, 2023 · I don't suppose Eon Next will provide detail of how they arrived at the savings figures. More likely to say something like "congratulations, you beat your target of 20% usage." Saw somebody on another thread saying how they'd easily beat their 20% reduction target, and nobody corrected them to say it was a 20% usage target, i.e 80% reduction.

I spoke to Eon Next customer service who said even though I gave a meter reading on the date I moved into the property in nov 21 and a final meter reading was given by the engineer when the smart meter was fitted in Oct 2023.

Oct 29, 2020 · E.ON Next isn't a new company but instead a new platform for E.ON customers. E.ON have signed up to use the Kraken billing system, developed by Octopus Energy. In the future they will look to migrate over all of their customers onto E.ON Next to cut costs, however in the meantime they're moving over Npower customers onto it.
