Jul 18, 2024 · EKI has applied the ASTM E2247 standard to Phase I assessments for large, predominantly open space properties considered for acquisition by non-profit land trusts, large agricultural tracts contemplated for redevelopment, as well as rural properties considered for data center and solar farm development.

Earl James, PG, has been instrumental in helping EKI grow and prosper over those years, where he started as one of the first employees. He is a Vice President in the Environmental Services Group and a member of the Board where he served as Chairperson from 2018 until 2023.

EKI’s analysis of various water supply options includes estimates of the life-cycle costs, the supply reliability, and the feasibility of developing the various supply options, among other criteria.
