Boil the egg and de-shell them. Chop onion, tomato, green chili into fine pieces. Crush the garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, black grams; once the mustard stop splattering add tomato and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.
