Jun 11, 2023 · When people say "eepy" instead "sleepy". I've been seeing it online usually to caption or comment on sleepy looking babies or animals. maybe it's a meme and I'm out of the loop. Just discovered this pet peeve a few hours ago then discovered this subreddit shortly after. I don't understand. Why should I care how people say "sleepy"?

May 19, 2024 · I mean I say “eepy” all the time to my friends (Denglisch <3) But I think the most natural sounding German alternative would be “bim müde”. I cannot really tell you why but I think it evolved from “I bims” which is used as a joke (in most Bundesländer except for Bavaria) since it’s based on the Bavarian dialect (I think lol)

Nov 3, 2023 · I still don’t know the meaning of “eepy”… but, for me, it’s definitely a combination of Second Puberty combined with Asperger’s, ADHD, OCD, and partially SAD. My MDD is episodal and has been a lot less frequent and a lot less intense since starting HRT. Edit: TIL: “eepy” means “sleepy”. SMH. Should’ve guessed.
