EDD refuses to address the problem so far, at least via complaints about it through ASK EDD online. I have sent them at least half a dozen messages about the problem and every time they either say to contact the MN about it or send EDD a formal complaint form via snail mail (which I did and they haven't bothered to respond to yet).
