Apr 13, 2022 · I used every single day to go to the mine and try to farm ghosts to give me the ectoplasm and I haven't received a single one. It's the last day now and I keep repeating the day by just exiting and coming back and going back in the mine. I keep on repeating floors 51-79 and get some ghosts, but not a single ectoplasm. Am I doing something wrong?

Jan 8, 2023 · I did this quest countless times and could not get the ectoplasm until I had the Burglar's Ring. Monster Musk did not seem to work for me: according to the wiki, it doubles the amount of monsters on the level when you enter it, and there were always tons of slimes, bats and dust sprites, but only one ghost per level

Apr 3, 2023 · Not sure whether luck plays a factor in how fast you get an ectoplasm drop, but I did try to spend as long as I could in the mines, and exit/re-enter the mine if I didn't get the drop. If you're on PC, I would also suggest taking a screenshot of the current mine floor through the Options menu, and then opening the screenshot to check for ghosts ...

Dec 28, 2020 · I took out multiple dozens of ghosts in the mines & could not find ectoplasm. I took a chance, went to Skull Cavern & found it after taking out the first carbon ghost I saw. My game is modded with Stardew Valley Expanded, Skull Cavern Elevator & a few others.

In my opinion, take Ectoplasm mission first since it has better reward (Teleportation within your farm) and also easier than the slime. For the easier way to get these items: Ectoplasm; take the Elevator to Lvl. 55 and look for a ghost since they will drop it, if there isn't go back to level 0 (or the mine entrance) via ladder or elevator and ...
