Jul 30, 2019 · That vendor is trying to rip you off! That UPS model is less than $550 brand new. Having said this, I never replace batteries on this type of UPS any more. My experience is that the circuitry will typically fail within 2-3 years of the battery going bad. Instead, I just replace the whole UPS when the battery goes.

For the most it works great to use the built-in maintenance and shutdown features of IPM to manage the VMware hosts, however it seems like whenever we interfer with IPM and perform manual actions, it looses control.
