Feb 25, 2022 · I recently purchased an EVGA platinum 1000watt power supply. It ships with an eco mode "feature" (a bug, really) that regrettably ships in the "on" position. This was causing my PSU to overheat and shut off, forcing me to toggle the power on the back of the PSU before my machine would turn back on.
