EVBOT was especially useful in the past on EVGA mobos to crank the CPU freq. during the GPU stage of benchmarks, then drop it down on the fly for the final CPU intensive stage of the benchmark. And it would be useful to change GPU clocks on the fly even between GPU tests.

Jul 16, 2007 · Granted, while some might be upset that they cannot use this tool with the more mainstream X58 and P55 boards, the EVBot's entire purpose is for the high-end bencher, who is more likely to have the equipment to take advantage of a tool like the EVBot. Frankly, I love the EVBot; not quite as much as Agent Tiny, but pretty darn close to it.

Jan 17, 2006 · Hold down the EVBot POWER button for 7 seconds until you see the EVBot screen display FLASH MODE. Click OK in EVBot Flash Tool to being the flashing process. After flash is complete, unplug EVBot, then plug it back in to any EVBot port.

Jul 9, 2013 · Lots of voltages controls.But also, the EVBOT has some unique "stress test" modes that slightly raise, or lower, the bus speed in predefined seconds. For example, say you are stable at 4.9 Ghz. You kind of are stable at 5.0 Ghz, but only for 5 or 10 seconds. Set the EVBOT to "pulse" your multiplier from 49 to 50 for 1 second, every 3 seconds.

Apr 19, 2016 · EVBot is only for extreme OC. Also PLL and vDDR should be adjustable. All I need is EVGA Precision v2.1.1 or a bit later. I did some reseach, and you are correct. Precision X v3.0.1 should allow you to adjust what you need. Not sure if it will apply 1.3v though like jmantriniman said. You may still need the evbot for that. XrayMan

Sep 1, 2007 · Just got one of my 2 new 680 classys in and it looks like the EVbot plug is missing. There was no damage to the box and it doesnt look like it was snapped off...just looks like it wasnt installed. I confirmed the model# matches whats listed on EVGA's site so unless very confused.
