Jul 12, 2023 · They are two different things. Your ETS is the date your re-enlistment contract expires. Your DOS is the actual date you are set to separate. Your ETS and DOS is how it’s also tracked on if you entered your extension or not already.

Mar 9, 2023 · You don't have an ETS date. You have a mandatory obligation though. If you did OCS it's 6 years from the day you commissioned. If you were scholarship ROTC I believe it's 8 years from the day you commissioned. Once you hit that date you can submit your resignation.

May 1, 2023 · For personnel in my unit that where ets during the deployment they either signed a extension to the drill or 2 after ( I think it was just a year extension) and those who didn’t extend was set as Rear D and just drilled normally till ets date. Maybe ask you readiness NCO on how your unit will work on the subject.

You’ll request an ETS date between 6-12 months out from packet submission to HRC and obviously after your initial service obligation (28 July 2021?) with your REFRAD packet.
