Oct 15, 2015 · ER PPC's are too hot for my taste. There are a few mechs with quirks for them, but they will most likely be changing soon anyway. It's all about personal opinion though. As long as you have some back up weapons, or aren't boating PPC's exclusively, the minimum range isn't really an issue. Large Pulse are excellent weapons, I prefer them to PPC's.

Jun 24, 2023 · The clan er ppc is maybe still a tad bit too hot but other than that it works great and clan can always boat double sinks to counter the heat. IS just have too many other viable ppfld options to make the current er ppc attractive unless it has some very good specific quirks. The standard ppc is even worse but eh one thing at a time.

I already run a dual ER PPC Catapult K2 with UAC/2, but its more of a "medium" mech in terms of gameplay compared to the shadowcat/adder's "light" any recommendations for a fast mech with high er ppc mounts and either AMS or ECM?

Mar 27, 2016 · ER PPC quirks, which tend to be stronger anyway, are exclusive to ER PPCs. Truth be told, PPC quirks will enhance an ER PPC more than a PPC anyway, due to ER PPCs being 100 meters/second faster to start with. Example: Lets say a PPC goes 850 meters/second. We have a 10% PPC quirk. 935 meters/second after quirk, Gain of 85 m/s.

Jul 3, 2016 · Clan ER PPC was nerfed from instead of doing 15 pin point damage it does 10 damage to the main panel and 2.5 damage to each connecting panel. So why when i'm hitting dead centre of the mech, hunchback, rear was i doing only damage to 1 panel? where's this splash damage to the 2 side torso rear panels? Has the clan er ppc been nerfed even further?
