Apr 16, 2020 · Has anyone else been able to get to a live person at Eppicard for questions not covered by the phone menu? I've tried waiting for the menus to timeout and pressing '0', but it hangs up on you. I just want to get my account unlocked so I can access the bill pay - apparently I fumbled the password/security question once too often.

Apr 15, 2020 · I have been trying to contact the MS EPPICard phone help line for 3 days to ge ta replacement EPPICard. I finally googled how to email them, and came up with this page. It says to contact the Wisconsin EPPICard line, and DON'T PRESS ANYTHING when prompted. After over 14 hours on hold with our line, I was in contact with a person within 5 minutes.

Apr 29, 2021 · Hey, I’m a minor from Pennsylvania and my mom let me use our child support card for a payment method on Amazon. I payed all the money through a gift card I just needed a card for verification. Now, my account is on hold and they need me to show bank statements. My mom said she wasn’t sure how to get them because it was an eppicard.
