I'm an ENFP and LOVE hugs and any healthy types of physical touch. I also enjoy long walks on the beach, meaningful conversations, and cute puppies. It's funny, but also so true!

Sep 6, 2021 · Well you need 12 hugs a day for proper growth according to some psychologist so makes sense since we are very growth oriented. 🤗. I like hugs but they need to be proper hugs with the proper hugging techniques. None of those awkward side hugs. Not really.
