It makes it real easy, clamp, cut, ream, thread, done. I can not imaging using a pipe cutter on EMT, I will cut through it with a hack saw faster.

Cut the EMT by either using a tubing cutter to cut it all the way through, then deburr; OR score the EMT partially through and then snap off (to avoid leaving a sharp ridge). 3. I could not find any PVC junction boxes that had strain reliefs . I eventually found a metal box but I'm still curious if there was a problem mixing metal with PVC.
