Oct 4, 2007 · b16b ecu is not ideal for a b18c engine, get a conversion harness and run the b18c ecu,, If its 96spec DC2 going into prefacelift EK9 it is plug and play because IIRC they are both OBD2. also if teh teg is UK spec then you willl have an imobiliser coded to the key..........

Jan 14, 2007 · I drove a EK9 with TODA B, they give you good torque on all the power band, they're one of the best cams you can put on a B16B, specially if you install a thinner head gasket so you raise the compression a little.

Jun 9, 2009 · For B-Series into EK, you need the rear tranny mount and timing belt side block mount off the 99-00 Si. You can technically use a 90-93 block mount off a B18a1 into an EK, but it dosent line up perfectly. I currently am using it on my '00 sedan, and the front most bolt hole isnt PERFECTLY lined up. You can however fit a bolt thru it.

It was a non-VTEC 1.8L motor that put out 130 hp from 1990–1991, while the 1992–1993 version had a slight increase to 140 hp. The beauty of the 1.8L powerplant, however, was its 121 ft-lbs of torque. The B18A1 was then updated to a B18B1 that was found in the 1994–2001 Acura Integra RS/LS/GS bodies.
