Sep 14, 2013 · Just a little update. I scooped up an E46 M3 rear subframe, crossmember, sway bar and the ABS sensors. I am still looking for an M3 diff, 6 speed driveshaft, and halfshafts. If you guys know of anyone parting and would let me score a good deal let me know! I got tons of goodies for the N54.

Nov 6, 2018 · One of the goals was to make everything operate off of the 535 key. To do this, I repurposed two secondary air pump relays, one from the e46, and one from the e90, as terminal 15 and terminal 30 relays. These replaced the contacts in the e46 ignition switch and were signaled from the CAS.

May 9, 2012 · There are some differences between the M54 and N54; the M54 is a single-piece block, with the water pump housing cast into the block, and is a closed-deck design, compared to the N54's two-piece block with a separate bedplate, electric water pump, and open deck.

These kits are made with high temperature automotive grade wiring that resist oils, grease, and acids. Continuity tested on every wire during construction. Wrapped in high temperature expandable nylon sheathing to resist abrasion. Instruction sheets are included with every harness kit.

Apr 12, 2023 · After several month of analyze and search i decided to buy Ant Steering & Electronics n54 e46 swap wiring conversion kit and drift hq engine and trans mount kit. But i have a problem with a/c. I want to keep e46 stock just swap engine and trans from e90.

Oct 15, 2013 · Came upon this thread of a fellow individual also out in arizona who is doing an N54 swap into an E46... the intro says it all. Apparently the N54 makes 597/612 crank on STOCK turbo's! with about $1,800 of bolt ons and made 597/612 crank on the best engine pull.
