May 1, 2017 · Ok you its possible to fit your 320d gearbox to the 530d e60 motor if you redrill the two big boltholes on the sides of the block, the two holes on the top will fit directly.

Aug 22, 2011 · - E46 330ci (6 speed) which are going for around £5,500 with 80,000 miles. I think will actually be more fuel efficient than my 320i (due to the motorway I drive on). I know the main E46 failures and the engine quite well so repairs wise it would be "cheap". - E60 530d automatic which are going for around £6,500 with 100,000 miles.

E60 m57n euro4 has 4bar map sensor un like euro3 version and all e46 engines. M57 193hp has cp1 pump vs cp3 r90 in m57n, m57n2 has cp90 r70.
