Feb 20, 2014 · The aux fan low-speed relay (k1) and high-speed relay (k6) are missing from my fuse box. Anyone know the part nos for these (the guy at Cotswold doesn't)? Am I right in thinking they're just standard Bosch 4-pin relays? Thu Feb 20, 2014 7:06 pm. Cheers Willnz.

My aux fan doesn't seem to be working. I'm looking for some help to troubleshoot it. Here's some info: -Brand new 91º and 99ºC switches installed. -Both switches are getting voltage. -Fan kicks on when I jump the 99ºC (high) switch. -Fan does NOT kick on when I jump the 91ºC (low) switch. -Fan does NOT kick on when I turn the AC on.

Jan 20, 2015 · US spec. cars need a different, blue (changeover) headlamp main beam relay, and orange front and rear foglamp relays. UK spec. cars use an orange relay for the main beams, and black (double pole) relays for both foglight relays.

Looking at terminal 85 of K1 and K6, there is a ground through the fuse box circuit board of K1 only. K6 has a wire jumping it to pin 3 of C114 for a ground. I was able to cut the jumper, and wire that into the lead from C101 that I used for my fan trigger.
