Nov 1, 2024 · I was in a situation when the kickstand of my big Vado was broken, and I had a hard time with my e-bike. Even on my Vado SL, the kickstand is a must. When I leave my flat with either of my e-bikes, I need to turn back and lock the door. I don't know what I would do without a kickstand! Group rides.

Sep 24, 2021 · I have looked at some of the dual leg kickstands online, and want to know if any of you have experience with dual leg kickstands and which models. I plan to use this as a commuter/grocery getter/kid hauler, and I think the ability to balance the bike would be helpful I often strike my heel on the side mount kickstand that came with the bike.

There appears to be a standard used by kickstand manufacturers called KSA ( K ick S tand A ?); hence KSA 18 (holes 18 mmm apart as on my Trek Powerfly) and KSA 40 (40 mm spacing).

Jan 7, 2021 · I have an ESGE/Pletscher double leg kickstand on one bike. It's about 7 years old now and still going strong. I bought it because the one double leg stand I was using wasn't very wide at the ground level and wind kept blowing the bike over. The Pletscher is very wide, very stable and folds up on one side.
