Jun 4, 2020 · Pressing the rounded button doesn't do anything, screen isn't displaying anything. I can see the screen illuminates a bit but that's about it. Charging it makes no difference too. I've called support and they'll see if they can get me a technician to come over in 2 days, but I thought I'd ask here too if anyone has experienced this before.
