Apr 5, 2024 · I went trough this whole process and somehow got it working. The problem is now the touch keyboard that doesn't have any layout that I recognise after using one layout of one keyboard or another for 45 years. It is supposed to be UK qwerty, but q and w are 6 keys apart!!. There is no UK Dvorak in the options.

for most things, windows rt is exactly the same as windows 8. you can change to any keyboard layout you want. you'll have to use your imagination when using the touch cover, but i'm guessing you are used to the layout and shouldn't have much trouble.
