DVa excels at controlling off angles, diving, and peeling. You should always be starting on high, dropping down to assault squishies, and returning to high. Or you should be boostering into flanking off-angling DPS (or supps) that are isolated.

DVA largely responds to moves rather than making the first move. Generally, she punishes enemy position mistakes with burst damage (booster & missiles into a melee - without overextending yourself) and covers for teammate position mistakes with defense matrix.
