Duo Lon is a member of the assassin group, the Hizoku clan, the half-brother to Xiao Lon and is the fourth oldest of Ron's nine children, being the 3rd male child. As the son of the clan's leader, he was known as a "prince" of the Hizoku.

Duo Lon is a handsome young man with long, flowing hair (worn in a queue-style braid) and a somewhat somber air about him. He seeks out his father, Ron, leader of—and eventual traitor to—the Hizoku clan of assassins. During his quest he meets Ash, Elisabeth, and other fighters.

In spite of being a Hizoku assassin, Duo Lon is calm and has a good heart. He also has a strict sense of justice, as shown when he turned on Ash and by his mission to kill his own father. He feels estranged from his father and often does not address him as his parent, preferring to call him "that man" or "Ron".

Duo Lon is one of the major protagonists in The King of Fighters video game series. He is voiced by Tsunehito Maruo before he replaced with Keisuke Kōmoto in KOF XV in the Japanese version, and by Josh Keller in the English version of KOF XII.
