Hey Reddit, I’m Daniel Drakos most of you probably know me as ‘Drakos’ and a select few may remember me from the days I was called Tsepha. I’m a caster, host, and interviewer for the EU LCS. I joined the team in spring of 2016 and since then I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world working on everything from IWC to Worlds.
Why are Captain flowers and Drakos not at worlds?
Flower, Medic, Drakos and Atlus all doing one series, joined in tricasts by the likes of Vedius, Kobe, Azael, Chronicler, Wolf, Dagda returning for one and maybe still Jatt. Then the semis are probably two out of Medic, Drakos and Flowers with the other doing finals. Drakos is the only one without a final yet i think, so i hope he gets it.

Feb 3, 2021 · Same argument I had for Drakos. He led a ton of the LEC content. He was leveling up his casting, working on very specific things for that while simultaneously learning a ton of other things outside casting that helped contribute to the LEC and the whole of LoL Esports. So yeah, that's extra points for sure.

Joining them are Sheepy, the longtime UOL coach, and Sola, along with Adam Savage and Giniro, who you may be familiar with from Counter-Strike and Twitch Rivals for the former and Valorant for the latter.

Jun 12, 2021 · Listening to his analysis reminds me of Imaqtpie in the first year or so of his retirement (those were great streams) or peak Sneaky, where you get super high level, active-meta insight delivered in an interesting way. Drakos has a great calling cadence and absolutely understands the important things to call out in tense moments.

Apr 13, 2023 · It is funny because the biggest problem of LoL teams are collapses and chokes. Which is completely expected when you watch any real sport, because there it is quite common for kids to be too nervous in their first big games, while the veterans usually step it up. Like, any NFL fan expects that rookie QBs will take 2-3 years to develop into a star.

Jan 13, 2017 · Message on his instagram account: As of today I’ll no longer be using the name Tsepha. From now on I’ll be using my last name, Drakos, for casting and any onscreen appearances, debate at the office is fierce over whether or not I fall into the infamous Joe “Joe Miller” Miller trap.
