Jul 14, 2021 · Yes, it applies for spells, and against non-immunes it stacks with -res from both CM and Conviction (Infinity). Doom is a really, really bad weapon for a sorc. It works, but deaths fathom is better. -resists from Items/Facets/Cold Mastery do not break or pierce Immunity.
