I don't follow Boruto, but the thing that made dojutsu cool was that it was rare. Okay you have Obito/Kakashi, Itachi, Madara and Sasuke... okay this makes sense. Rinnegan? Pain! Okay that makes sense. The fact that multiple characters can now just absorb ninjutsu is stupid.
