Feb 2, 2025 · Dogadon, also known as Fire Dragon, is a large dragonfly with the body of a dragon, and he is both the second and fifth boss of Donkey Kong 64. Dogadon is first fought by Diddy Kong in Angry Aztec and later Chunky Kong in Fungi Forest.

Dogadon is an orange and black dragon, giant in comparison to any of the Kongs. He has four legs with three claws on the end of each one, spikes lining his spine and his long arrowhead tail, and dragonfly-like wings.

Dogadon is a large, dragon-fly creature that is fought twice as a boss in Donkey Kong 64. He is an underling of King K. Rool and is fought at Angry Aztec with Diddy Kong and at Fungi Forest with Chunky Kong. During the first fight with Dogadon, he simply tosses a horde of fireballs at Diddy.

Throw a TNT barrel at Dogadon to shock him and send him back into the lava. Dogadon will get back out, and stomp the platform so that it starts sinking. Dodge the fireballs that he spits, and throw a TNT barrel at him. When he's shocked, a Chunky barrel will appear where the TNT barrels usually are.
