DNM-37. It is a very fast water-based lube which lasts longer than Maru or Z-lube but not as long as silicone lubes. It is a nice addition to a basic setup to give you a burst of speed without changing the feel of the cube. If you don't have any lubes yet, first get fast and slow silicone lubes.

Jan 25, 2017 · If you like the feel of maru you'll love this because it will last indefinitely. I believe they also thickened it up a little so it will feel smoother than maru, but I haven't used DNM-37 in it's finally formulation so I can't speak from personal experience.

$20 is crazy. I like DNM-37 in Angstrom setup - it really helps to break in Gravitas and Dignitas. But apart from that, it's just a temporary speed boost. For example, if your cube gummed up after not being used for a long time, you can drop some DNM, and it will break in faster. But it's not great as a standalone lube.

However, upon using the DNM 37 for about a month, the DNM failed to adequately replicate its proposed benefits (that being that it would last longer). I was a bit puzzled. I knew that countless other cubers prefer DNM over Maru, and promote its ability to last longer.

Aug 16, 2023 · DNM-37 is not too good as the only lube. It is a nice addition to silicone lubes when you want a speed boost or want to break in a slow lube faster. For example, Angstrom lubes take a lot of effort to break in without DNM, but with DNM, the setup is great really quickly.

Mar 6, 2021 · Angstrom setup: Gravitas on the tracks, Dignitas on the pieces, DNM-37 to help break it in - very smooth and controllable. I use this cube for 3BLD, so I don't want it too fast. Dayan Tengyun M. Angstrom Gravitas on the tracks, amply. Dignitas on the pieces: applied on all the sides of one edge and put into the cube.

Sep 28, 2023 · Cuboss Rapid is basically dnm-37 but it retains water much better by absorbing moisture from the air. It's only available in Europe as far as I know though.

Oct 1, 2020 · Yesterday I got a bunch of lubes: Angstrom Gravitas and Dignitas, DNM-37, Compound X, Lubicle-1, Lubicle Speedy, Mystic, Silk and Celeritas from The Cubicle; and Adheron, Lubest XMT 10 and Lubest Pro from Strefa Kostek. Celeritas. This was the first setup I tried on my Moyu WRM 2020.

May 11, 2024 · I don’t understand why lube would mess with magnets? Especially the core magnets, since you don’t lube the core nor the part of the corners that ”connect” to the core. Anyways, everyone has different preferences, so you’re just gonna have to experiment. I use Dignitas, Mystic and DNM-37.
