Mar 27, 2002 · Get 5.25 speakers that have the mounting holes all around the cone, not just four tabs that come out. That may make it easer to mount them in close to the windshield. I'm also planning my replacemnet panels since the 4x6's don't have enough midrange sound for me. I may start taking pics when I begin to build and we can compare notes.

Feb 20, 2016 · Just saw a 1998 Chevy S10 listed for sale locally with E39M5 wheels. The owner said that they are original E39M5 wheels and fit perfectly. Just wondering if anyone ever tried S10 rims on the E39M5, might make a good rim for winter tires.
