Jun 2, 2020 · A good paint store should be able to figure it out. I've read the Sherman Williams can make the same color paint using the codes. I did have all 4 of my colors made back ~6 years ago. I did go to a store that sold Diamont paint, took them a little while but eventually figured it out.

Oct 19, 2019 · I used a paint store in Mesa AZ. They mixed Diamont paint and will even put it in an aerosol can for you if you so desire. Both base and clear can come to you in an aerosol can if you don't have the need/desire/ability for using a regular paint gun. I don't recall the company but can look it up if someone needs it.

Oct 26, 2017 · Good luck getting the paint codes. I went through this, as did others, trying to get the paint codes from Diamont that provided the paint to Monaco. After giving up after many attempts to get the proper paint codes, I removed my lower outside fridge door and had a paint shop scan the paint I needed and went that route.

Jun 24, 2017 · I found a local Diamont paint shop and they were able to mix the paint using the codes that I got from Monaco. Each color paint had 3-10 different colors with the required quantities. Perfect match. _____

Dec 17, 2014 · Diamont automotive paint is rare and hard to find but I luckily have a local paint and body supply house that carries it. When I purchased our 2003 Dynasty back in 2007 one of the first things I did was get all of the paint mixing formulas. I also had to remove the 3M film upon first taking possession as it was peeling and yellowing severely.

I contacted a few paint shops to inquire on physically paint matching a small piece considering the potential paint fade in the last 17 years, versus having it mixed based on the paint code. With your experiences, is it important to specifically get the BASF Diamont paint for it to properly match? _____

Jul 3, 2010 · I have obtained the Diamont Paint formulas for all 5 - colors used for the Summer Bronze paint scheme on my 2003 Alpine Coach.
