Could not find this question answered on the FAQ. While this card is on the table, may the FPP use a combat card when attacking out of a besieged Minas Tirith?

Oct 31, 2004 · Re:Denethor's Folly Veldrin (#62967), Yes, we interpreted the card that way. But the card would be more true to the situation in the book if it were meant to apply only to battles in the stronghold, i.e. to siege battles and possibly sorties from the stronghold.

The prerequisite to play this card says that the shadow player must be besieging Minas Tirith. After the SP wipes out the poor Gondorians does this card stay on the table or not?
