If I remember correctly the Barstow, Lenwood and one of the Victorville locations are owned by neither the Corp or Franchisee's but the original owner/company. Their menu's still have some of the older discontinued items and they don't always have the same promotional items that all the other Del Taco's are running.

As far as sauce packets the mild has the best flavor, it’s brighter with tomato and earthy cumin. The medium sauce has a little more heat but maintains a good pepper flavor.
