Feb 17, 2011 · Decadron comes in 4mg/ml so 1/2 cc = 2 mg. A unit of J1100 is 1 mg, requiring 2 units. It appears that Brompheniramine now is only manufactured as 10 mg/ml; your 1 cc = 1 unit of J0945. B12 is 1000 mcg/ml; your 1/2 cc = 500 mcg. J3420 is up to 1000 mcg and would be assigned 1 unit. Check my math.

Is it appropriate to use this HCPCS code when given orally, since I cannot seem to find an oral administration. If not, what code do you recommend...
