Jason Todd was the second person to take up the mantle of Robin and a sidekick to Batman. Sometime after his presumed death, he took on the identity of Red Hood, seeking revenge against his former mentor. Jason seeks vengeance.

May 23, 2021 · Under the red hood was fairly popular film. but the fact that Tim isn't in DCAMU hurts me more. Because its a stripped down version of the DCU based primarily on the New 52. Hence, they decided to focus on Damian (who, if you remember, hadn't ever been adapted to other media before this 'verse).

Jason Todd is was a boy orphaned with his brother at a young age, who would turn to crime in order to survive. Eventually, however, his brother would be killed in the street gang, the Wolves. He would soon be adopted by Bruce Wayne, who would turn out to be the Batman, after caught jacking the Batmobile's tired.

Feb 28, 2023 · You have to remember that back when this show first aired, Jason was still dead in the comics with no plans to bring him back. He was not a popular robin and did not really become big until he took up the red hood persona.

The Red Hood is the current mantle of Jason Todd. Originally the second boy to serve as Robin; the "boy wonder" sidekick of the Batman, following Richard Grayson's retirement from the role, Jason's heroic career was cut short when he was trapped and murdered by the Joker.

DCAU aka DC Animated Universe had Robins and a Batgirl in it but they clearly skipped the second Robin, Jason Todd a.k.a. Red Hood. They made Tim Drake as the second Robin rather than the third.
