On a device list page, you can determine the status of a device by hovering over its icon. While various icons are available, here are a few general rules: Online devices display a blue icon.

The Devices page displays all of your devices or a subset of your devices associated with one particular site, depending on whether you navigate to List of all devices or List of devices in a site, respectively.

Click the Device Web icon to initiate a remote session with your appliance. For security reasons, after registration Datto disables this option by default. Allowing local access to the Datto device bypasses the additional security features of the Datto Partner Portal, such as Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
